NES/WES offer a variety of services and agreements for engines, generators, controls, and auxiliary equipment. Our technicians are available 24/7 to meet your requirements! Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) are available as follows:

• Planned Maintenance programs feature scheduled maintenance intervals from the simplest planned interval through complete overhaul. Our programs are based on repair-before-failure concepts; include the costs of parts, fluids, travel, and on-site services to maintain systems for maximum reliability and availability.
• Planned and Corrective programs include scheduled maintenance as well as certain types of unplanned repairs. Corrective repair coverage varies for each customer depending upon the extent of coverage sought and the boiler and machinery insurance coverage carried by the owner. NES/WES Planned and Corrective programs enable enhanced control over system life-cycle costs across a contract period.
• Remote Monitoring programs can be combined with either of the Planned or Planned-Corrective programs to ensure 24/7 coverage of systems and provide maximum response time to alarm or unit down conditions.
• Operation and Maintenance programs provide for NES/WES personnel to operate plants, provide remote monitoring, planned and corrective maintenance of the entire on-site plant. Qualified and trained operators perform routine maintenance, monitor plant conditions and operating parameters, completion of documentation, and coordination with NES/WES field engineers and technicians to accomplish necessary planned service intervals and corrective repairs.

NES/WES maintain extensive parts inventories on a regional basis as well as at plant sites. Original Jenbacher exchange parts are available to reduce parts costs while ensuring the remanufactured components meet all Jenbacher standards. Exchange parts and short-blocks are continuously updated with current engineering and materials improvements.
